WHY CHAR GOAN PREMIUM HONEY
Preserved Nutrients
We extract our honey only when it matures and use only manual extraction and packaging technique, so that we preserve all its nutrients and produce a true and pure product for our exclusive consumer base.
Natural Manual Extraction
In our apiary, from the onset of flowering season to almost 35-40days, we let the bees produce and mature the honey in their hives. It’s only after the completing this we initiate the extraction process. Hence ensuring the moisture content in the honey is minimal and we get thick, matured and flavourful honey, that is rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
Gravity Filtration
We use gravity filtration and not vacuum filtration to preserve the pollens and other goodness of the honey. In our in process from extraction, filtration and bottling, we ensure our honey stays under temperature that is below 25 degree celsius.
RAW HONEY AND ITS BENEFITS
Raw honey is honey that has not been filtered to remove its pollen or heat treated to kill all its beneficial living nutrients. Raw honey contains a wide variety of nutrients.
It has approximately 22 amino acids, 31 different minerals and a wide range of vitamins and enzymes.
What’s most impressive about raw honey is that it contains nearly 30 types of bioactive plant compounds. These are called polyphenols, and they act as antioxidants.
Many studies have linked these antioxidants with impressive health benefits, including reduced inflammation and a lower risk of heart disease and certain cancers.
